VCI Global organized an internal CSR activity in collaboration with Free Tree Society at their Bangsar Nursery on 22 July 2025. This environmental conservation initiative was designed to foster greater environmental awareness among our staff while promoting sustainable living practices within our organization. We brought together 18 enthusiastic participants from VCI Global who were eager to learn about environmental stewardship and contribute to meaningful conservation efforts in our community.
VCI Global organized a meaningful volunteer initiative with The Lost Food Project on 6 June 2025, bringing together 26 dedicated volunteers to support this pioneering food bank's mission in Malaysia. Located at 47, Jalan Tiga, Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur, The Lost Food Project works tirelessly to rescue food and surplus products for those in need while addressing the critical issues of food waste and food insecurity in our community. Our team was excited to contribute hands-on support to an organization that plays such a vital role in both environmental sustainability and social welfare.
VCI Global proudly participated in the "Race Against Cancer" 5km Family Fun Run on 25 May 2025 at Subang Parade, Selangor, demonstrating our commitment to supporting Cancer Research Malaysia's vital mission to advance life-saving cancer research. This community event provided us with an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the fight against cancer while promoting awareness for early detection and prevention initiatives. Our involvement aligned perfectly with our corporate values of community engagement and supporting causes that make a tangible difference in the lives of Malaysians facing health challenges.
VCI Global sent seven dedicated representatives to participate in the WishMaker Challenge organized by Make-A-Wish Malaysia on 24 May 2025 at St. Giles Hotel, Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur. This specialized training program was designed to onboard and equip new volunteers with the essential knowledge and skills needed to support the organization's mission of granting life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Our participation demonstrated our commitment to empowering our team members to become active volunteers in meaningful causes that bring hope and joy to vulnerable children and their families throughout Malaysia.
VCI Global proudly partnered with Make-A-Wish Malaysia to host the Annual Charity Golf Tournament 2025 on 7 May 2025 at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort in Selangor. This special event combined our love for sport with meaningful charitable giving, creating an opportunity to support the organization's mission of granting life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. The tournament brought together golf enthusiasts from across the community who were eager to contribute to this worthy cause while enjoying a day of friendly competition on the beautiful golf course.
VCI Global organized a meaningful charity visit to Yayasan Sunbeams Home, located in Taman Mawar, Kuala Lumpur. Our team of seven volunteers visited this remarkable organization that supports underprivileged children, including orphans and those who have experienced abuse and neglect. We were warmly welcomed by 91 children and 45 dedicated staff members who work tirelessly to provide a safe and nurturing environment for these vulnerable young lives.
VCI Global supported Yi Xing USJ Old Folks Home on 7 February 2025 with a donation totaling RM11,421, including RM1,421 worth of essential goods and RM10,000 in cash. This contribution supports elderly individuals who have been abandoned, abused, or face mental health challenges, helping ensure these vulnerable residents receive the care and dignity they deserve.
CNY Donation to Yayasan Sunbeams Home
VCI Global supported Yayasan Sunbeams Home on 12 February 2025 with RM15,000 in cash donations and essential items including bedsheets, pillowcases, mattresses, food trays, thermos dispensers, and school uniforms. We also organized a festive lion dance performance and distributed ang pau to celebrate Chinese New Year with the displaced, abused, and neglected children from single-parent families.
CNY Donation to Persatuan Kebajikan Chen Ai OKU
VCI Global supported Persatuan Kebajikan Chen Ai OKU on 12 February 2025 with RM10,000 in cash and RM4,961 worth of essential goods, totaling RM14,961 in donations. We also distributed Chinese New Year ang pau to celebrate the festive season with residents. This contribution supports an organization that provides residence, meals, 24-hour care, and rehabilitation medical services for disabled individuals in our community.
Donation to Pusat Penjagaan Kanak-Kanak Cacat Tamn Megah
VCI Global supported Pusat Penjagaan Kanak-Kanak Cacat Taman Megah on 13 February 2025 with RM10,000 in cash and RM5,168 worth of school uniforms, totaling RM15,168 in donations. This contribution supports an organization dedicated to providing essential services to physically handicapped and disabled children, helping ensure they receive the care and educational support they need to thrive.

VCI Global supported Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak-Anak Yatim Dan OKU Mesra Petaling Jaya on 22 February 2025 with RM10,000 in cash and RM4,981 worth of essential goods, totaling RM14,981 in donations. This contribution supports an organization dedicated to providing care and support for vulnerable groups, particularly orphaned children and individuals with disabilities in our community.
Donation to Rumah Hope
VCI Global supported Rumah Hope on 28 February 2025 with RM10,000 in cash and RM2,386 worth of essential goods, totaling RM12,386 in donations. This contribution supports a sanctuary that provides care for abused, neglected, and under-privileged children between the ages of 5-17, helping ensure these vulnerable young lives receive the safety and support they need.
